1. These terms

These terms apply to all orders placed with The Peptide Kings. By placing an order you accept them. Please read the Research Disclaimer alongside these terms.

2. Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by persons aged 18 or over who are purchasing research materials for laboratory research use and who are legally permitted to receive them.

3. Products

Products are supplied for laboratory research use only and are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food. Descriptions state the compound, strength and form supplied. Product images may be representative of packaging rather than of a specific batch.

4. Orders and pricing

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We may decline or cancel an order, including where stock is unavailable or where we believe the intended use falls outside laboratory research.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods offered at the time of ordering. Goods remain our property until payment has cleared in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery arrangements are described on the Shipping page. Risk passes on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Cancellations and returns

Contact us before returning anything. For reasons of research integrity and safety, opened or unsealed research materials cannot be returned or resold. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are replaced or refunded once reported.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any use of supplied materials outside laboratory research use, nor for losses arising from a customer's handling, storage or disposal of materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
