Dispatch

Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders placed on working days are prepared in order of receipt; you will receive confirmation when your order leaves us.

Packaging

Outer packaging is plain and carries no product detail. Contents are identified on the inner labelling only, which states the compound and strength supplied together with the batch reference.

Handling of temperature-sensitive material

Lyophilised material is held cold and dark before dispatch and packed for transit. Short periods at ambient temperature during delivery are expected and normal for freeze-dried material.

Tracking

Tracked services are used for outbound orders. Tracking details are issued with your dispatch confirmation.

Delivery problems

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive within the expected window, contact us with your order number and we will resolve it. Do not discard damaged packaging before contacting us.

Restrictions

Research materials are supplied to customers who are ordering them for laboratory research purposes only. We cannot ship where local rules prohibit receipt of these materials, and it remains the customer's responsibility to confirm this before ordering.
